What’s the best way to build your confidence up? I am a quiet, relatively shy person, I want to know the best ways to build up my confidence in myself and in what I wear as I never go daring in bold or bright colours, and I need to be more confident in myself. Any tips will be much appreciated. Thanks guys xxx.
first of all dont bother about what other think of u…..u should b confident about ur self and ur looks & talk 2 a lot of ppl like ur friends or make new friends……ur confidence depends upon ur social skills…..the more social u r the more confident u will b….HOPE IT HELPS….TAKE CARE!!!!!!!!!!
accept yourself and love yourself. if you accept and love yourself then others will too.
let yourself feel scared. it’s ok.
dont put yourself out there in big ways in the hope you’ll swim rather than sink. find situations you find challenging in a little way and work on those.
learn to believe you have the right to the air you breathe, the space you fill, the time you take, the love you need, the love you have to give. all hard to accept if you’re low on confidence.

Looking good! If you feel like you’re doing everything you can to do good, then you are comfortable. And comfort makes you confident. For example, you wake up and you’re having a bad “hair day”.. You spend the whole day keeping people from looking at your hair, it makes you feel like shit. But if you wake up with amazing hair, or you style it to perfection then it’s one thing less to worry about. Or your personality, and the people you are sorrounded by. If you know a lot about a variety of topics, then you will have always something to say, you will not be the “quiet”, “shy” person. Everyone just loves people who have got someone to say, if it’s not bad, of course.

Here’s a couple of many ideas on boosting confidence levels.
Ok find somewhere where you feel comfortable in
and learn to *relax… perhaps using music without lyrics
Like classical, ideally *the mind for a couple of days.
Write a list of stressors (Stressful Events or things)
put them from most easy then through to most difficult.
Rate their difficulty out of 10, 1 being really easy
10 being very hard. Then while in a relaxed frame
of mind start to think about the simplest of the list
and learn to relax the mind while thinking about that.
Then when your ready try the least stressful thing
you have imagined in a relaxed frame of mind.
If it’s not unsafe.
Remember some people find it very difficult to do all
the list, so use the same steps as above, relax, imagine and do.
And naturally reward all attempts even if you only got close
keep at it.
Think of how you would eat a hippopotamus ?
One mouthful at a time.
