Real Estate And Professional Development Courses

Those who have decided to take on a career in real estate will no doubt benefit by taking up professional courses and classes. Since this is a highly specialized profession with its own set of rules, protocol and etiquette it is highly advisable to do so. Real estate has many legal trimmings also and these have to be mastered by the aspiring real estate agent. And there are classes on going throughout out Canada and the territories such as Manitoba and Quebec for example.
Later on you may decide to take on appraisal courses, upgrading courses and the like. Many of these courses are offered in the local chapters of your association for real estate. It is just a matter of asking the right people.
In the mind of the ordinary person the classes are relegated to a class that prepares you to get your license so that you can start selling, but actually there are professional courses that deal with other kinds of skills and knowledge in the industry. These professional courses can take the shape of reviewing for a renewal of your license, legal matters, up and coming developments in the profession amongst many others. These classes and courses can also serve as a venue to meet and collaborate with your peers.
The advantage of taking classes to prepare you for your examination cannot be stressed any stronger since most people wanting to enter the field have a very small inkling of the many quirks and subtleties that are involved in the profession. Therefore your very first class is probably the most important.
And schools do exist to provide these classes and courses, so there is quite a selection to choose from once you decide to look for one. Most importantly however in choosing the school for these classes is the faculty complement of the school in terms of ability, and professionalism. The school that you choose should have a track record and should be adequately priced in terms of its offerings.
Most of us do not want to go to school, but this is a repeated reality in the world of property markets where the classes can last for a few weeks on end. Other high return industries like direct selling organizations also provide training that will not last for more than a few days, and you do not need a license to sell their products. This is quite an attractive option for some also.
Thus perhaps you can weigh the options between direct selling and real estate, both give considerable returns but definitely quite different paths in achieving them. Both require a lot of personal dedication and rapport with customers and a lot of a go get them attitude.

CIW Web Development Courses – any good?
i am thinking about doing the first CIW (Certified Internet Web Professional) web development course (the foundation level) but i just want to check if this is a worth while qualification or there are any alternatives?
i currently work in online marketing dealing with paid and natural search engine marketing so i want to understand web development better to improve my knowledge, but obviously i don’t want to waste my time and money on something pointless; does anyone have any ideas of specific paths i could go down, experience of CIW courses or alternatives i could consider?

Which of these is a better thesis statement?
1. Gender inequality or also known as gender stratification, is the unequal distribution of a society’s wealth, power, and privilege between females and males.
2. The purpose of my research paper is to describe the benefits and downfalls of professional development courses that are offered within education.
Which one is better and why?
Here is the second one written in a different way, is it better?
The purpose of The Mission & Principles of Professional Development is used to describe the benefits and downfalls of professional development courses that are offered within education.
These are two totally different statements!
The second is a better thesis statement, but don’t say “my”- use “this research paper”, it is more professional.
The first one isn’t really a thesis statement- you are defining your terms, but you don’t say what your position is. Is your paper claiming that gender inequality is wide spread in modern society? Are you outlining a plan to prevent inequality? Writing about what causes inequality? You need to take a position on the issue, but this sentence is just stating facts.
Please advise mgmt dev courses for 2 weeks in dec 07 and 4/5 wks in summer 08 outside india for undergrads?
I am an undergrad in Electronics and Communications Engineering in India.I will be completing my 4th semester in June 2007, 5th semester in Dec 2007, 6th in June 2008 and eight in June 2009. Thereafter I will be awarded the Bachelor of Engineering degree. I would like to attend professional management development courses in universities/colleges anywhere outside India in Dec 2007 for around 1/2 weeks and also in June /July 2008 for 4/5 weeks. I like to write, read and follow theatre. I am looking for a suitable crosscultural experience along with an understanding of management through these short term courses.My language of communication is English.

I’m more interested in online/ distance programs through universities. I’ve done a search and only find crap. I’m looking for certificates that further professional development, psychology would be great or specializations in ed as I have an AS in early childhood and BA in elementary education. PLEASE help, any links or solid programs please let me know.
Community college has most classes online and then you don’t get a diploma from College University
professional development for teachers?
i took classes at laverne university for in-service courses. does anyone know another site similar to these courses. they were mailed home adn i had a year to finish.
