Personal Growth and Development : Mom Entrepreneurs Personal-growth Means Business-growth
The beauty of direct sales, or any entrepreneurial business, is that there is a direct connection between your personal-growth and your business-growth. Watch your business grow exponentially as you personally develop and grow.
In direct sales weA??re looking for something better. We want to improve our lives, we may want a way out or a chance to change. As an entrepreneur, if youA??re willing to invest in your personal growth you have the ability to shape your own destiny. That freedom appealed to many of us when we started our business.
Are you committed to investing in your personal growth? In my last Coffee with KimA??my monthly online meeting for Metromom membersA??I was impressed by how many women are committed to their own personal-growth. In our lively conversation, it was soon apparent that these women recognized that they need to invest in themselves in order to be successful. Most of them have coaches they are working with and see the value of our monthly Metromom trainings.
But, maybe youA??re thinking to yourself… I donA??t have the time or I donA??t have the money. Moms often suffer from guilt. Many entrepreneurial moms I know feel guilty even thinking about putting themselves first, so their needs are often relegated to the backburner.

Does the type of water used to water plants affect the growth of those plants tested?
I am doing a science fair project for my Biology class, and I was trying to find websites, information, and/or people who’ve had personal experience with this project….I would really appreciate the help…thanks..
Yes, the type of water, which depends on what
other substances are dissolved in the water, has a
great effect on plant growth. Distilled water or
reveerse osmosis water has the least dissolved
material in it. Rainwater is close, but does contain
some solutes, especially carbon dioxide from the
atmosphere and other substances which make it
normally slightly acidic (this is without the effect of
manmade pollutants, so acid rain is normal. What
is abnormal is the increased level of acidity caused
by pollutants.)
Seawater, to use an extreme example, will kill most
plants, though a few are adapted to tolerate it (red
mangrove, for instance). Some plants need an
acid soil, some alkaline, so the solutes in their
water need to be of the right sort to keep them in
good condition.
The principal nutrients plants need are nitrogen,
phosphorous, potassium, calcium and magnesium.
Several others are needed in very small quantities.
Most of the material that goes into food production
by photosynthesis originates in either carbon
dioxide or water, the other materials are necessary
to form the machinery that performs the photo-
synthesis.
I need to find a well balanced church in my area?
Hi, I live outside of Cleveland, OH (aurora area). I currently attend a church that isn’t really going anywhere and is very seeker friendly so personal growth gets stunted. I’m looking for a well balanced church in my area that believes in Charismatic gifts and is Reformed. Does anyone know of any around me or of any websites that have listings, reviews, or forums that could help?
A well balanced church in your area would be the “Nearest” Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses !
what are the best and most helpful personal growth and self improvement websites?
google self improvement resources and see what you come up with. Obviously anthing with the government involved is going to be more reputable and trusted that lookheregethelp.com. Look at the sites and see where their info come from. Does it come from doctors or just people who recommend stuff without credentials behind their name. If you have a particular skill or trait you want to work on like; self-esteem google how to increase self esteems and see what you come up with. Some universities have sites they put information on. Try cognitive behavioral website. There is an actual site. I listed it below. See if they have any suggestions.
Personal growth and maturity? Please help, I am so lost where to start!?
my boyfriend says im too immature and i need to change my behaviour or he is going to leave me. he thinks i am too selfish, self-absorbed, and that i complain way too much, and never take responsibility or admit when im wrong. i WANT to change my behaviour and thought patterns so that we stay together and eventually get married, but i am stuck, and never realize i am misbehaving until its too late and hes already mad at me. what can i do? any websites that offer help? any advice? what can i use as a trigger to make me stop and think about what im doing or saying before its too late and a fight happens? i know he is right, and at least i can acknowledge that he is right now, but i still cant seem to change and grow up! i badly want to be a real adult, but he thinks i can just do this all by myself. i dont think i can? this is behaviour that i have been doing for 29 years! PLEASE HELP and mean answers will be reported.
First, don’t take steps to personal growth for him. Do it for yourself. If the relationship continues/improves, that’s great, but you have to become the person YOU want to be, not what he wants you to be. Do you hold down a job? Do you have a social life other than your bf? Do co-workers, friends, family agree with his opinion of your need to improve? There are loads of self-help books out there. Stephen Covey’s 7 Habits for Highly Successful People might help you. Dr. Phil has one called Life Stratgies (of something like that) but if you aren’t a fan of his, there are boatloads of others, many with a spiritual/religious slant, if that is part of your life. I’m also surprised to see that you are 29 years old; I would have suspected you are younger. Your habits will be more firmly entrenched, but you may be better able to make changes with more life experiences available to evaluate. Take little steps and don’t beat yourself up for backsliding. Start journaling right now, keeping track of your progress forward into the future. Good luck.
Did anyone do a science fair project about the affect of different liquids on a plant?
So if you know any websites, or personal experiences, please do tell!
I am doing a science fair project and part of the research project, I have to compare my results with other people’s who have done similar projects. I have not had any luck
Here it is
What is the effect of Coca Cola, water, 100% natural fruit juice, and gatorade on 12 grass plants growth (measured in cm)
ty!
Coming from 5 years of science fair experience (4 times to state). You shouldn’t have to compare your results to anything. It’s better to have a original project than one that can be compared to a bunch of other peoples data. My project was related to actual professional testing but I didn’t compare my results to theirs. Seeing that this is a middle school level project you will not find any professional sources of data. Talk to your teacher and ask what to do.
