Personal Growth and Development: MLM Training Using Games on Personal Growth Edition 2
Developing mastery in Network Marketing takes discipline and a lot of hard work. There are 5 categories in network marketing that you will need to develop mastery in to be successful. They are Personal Growth, Customer Acquisition, Recruiting, Team Building, and Leadership.
The traditional training style of classroom learning, seminars, books and CD’s offered by the leadership of these companies provides good information, but does not equate to success for most people. The “how” is also very important, and interactivity in training helps you learn quicker and retain the information
It is tough to make an article interactive, however we will do our best here.
In this article we will focus on Personal Growth.
As you grow and develop as a person you become more influential and can therefore attract more high quality business builders to you. Personal growth does not always have to be a lot of hard work like many people might think. Every time you openly engage with different books and tools in the market place you will learn about yourself and others. The more you learn about yourself and other people, the more successful you will become.

How can I get started creating and presenting personal growth workshops and retreats?
Hi. I’ve decided to go after MY DREAM. My passion is personal growth and healing. I’ve read hundreds of self-help books over the years, have had my own very deep healing journey, and I have so much to share. I do have a gift with others. Very much so.
I am not definite on exactly what I want to teach. I have so many ideas, that I find myself stagnating and in circles. I feel I should pick one topic. But I have so many!
Perhaps you have created workshops or retreats yourself. How can I research areas of workshop interests? Women seem to be my desired market. But I also have some ideas for men.
How can I get clear on exactly what it is I want to teach and/or can I go with my many ideas and many different workshops? Everyone says, just do one workshop. But I feel I should have several planned.
I know all about the marketing part. That is not the problem.
Seems to be more about some kind of block sitting down and getting clear.

I know exactly where you are coming from.
Start with smaller groups. Offer your workshops for free to get a following. You might want to start with some local churches or civic groups. Build from there.
Start with one workshop. Focus is essential. A niche is vital. Find something that no one else is speaking to and attack it. One workshop done with zeal and sincerity and you’ll be successful. You can branch out from there.
What speaks to you? What topic do you feel women need more than any other? How can you provide information on that topic better than anyone else – or with a twist that makes you unique?
Narrow it down until you have a single idea. You can afford to set aside the other ideas for the time being. They will still be there. One at a time. It’s the only way to be successful. Growth comes from experience, but you need the experience first.
You will probably want a web presence, too. I used SiteBuildIt because they offered SO MUCH for the money. A link is below in case you’re interested. My site is listed below that. It’s about resume writing. I am in the process of finishing my e-book for sale on the site.
Believe me, I know exactly where you’re coming from. I have so many ideas in my head, it’s hard to settle on just one. But I had to start with one idea. I can always work on the next one when this one is up and running (or I may find that I have so much success with this one that I am satisfied with what I’m doing).
You can conquer anything. Just stay focused and maintain your direction.

The obvious answer would be that if more people have pc’s than more people have the ability to access the internet. The more people who use it the more it is developed.
