A Simple Way to Drive Successful Change
Effective change is essential for most organizations to stay competitive. Yet most organizations use ad hoc methods (that are difficult to understand and control) to implement change. Consequently the outcome of most changes is uncertain and unpredictable.
Guessing what to do and hoping that changes will be effective is not a competitive solution, especially if competitors have better solutions. TASKey has developed a change management solutionthat uses web and mobile software to facilitate change on a 7×24 global basis.
The solution uses a simple one page plan template to translate a change into terms that each person involved can understand. The TASKey minute plan template has a simple list of actions that need to be done, when and by whom. The template is generic and has been used in over 175 countries by thousands of people. The key is to make it easy for each person involved to decide on the best use of their time. A person needs to know exactly what they are expected to do when and with whom. With this information they can see how their contribution to the change fits in with everything else they are doing.
In simple terms, TASKey has found that the three key requirements to drive change are:
- A work breakdown structure to provide context and fit tasks together.
- A simple task plan template to hold list of actions
- A personalised view of relevant task and action/ToDo's
Note: The key is to filter out tasks and actions that are not relevant, so a person is not overwhelmed and can easily focus on important tasks and actions.

my fiancee wants me out of the house, and threatens to have management change the locks?
i want to know if its legal for my fiancee to tell me to move out and that she will have management change the locks if i leave the house.
we both signed the rental agreement and i give her 1/2 the rent and she puts in the other half out of our paychecks.
what are my options, im sure that they cant just kick me out
I think, I’m not sure. But I think she has to serve eviction papers on you. And then you have 90 days rent free to find another place to live. But if she wants you out, take the steps to get your money away from her and move out. Why would you want to stay if she wants you out? Also, let the management know that you are moving, and get your name off the lease. Sometimes, you have to fight just as dirty as she does. If she’s making it hard on you, show her how hard it will be without your money in the pot.
