childrens care, learning and development level 3?
identify the principles relating to child protection set out in the children act/order of your own home country.find out what the legislations state about. *the welfare of the child *the importance of the professionals working together *the rights and responsibilities of parents *keeping children within their own family *the importance of taking account of childrens wishes and feelings.
First things first…you need to do your research on the Children Act 1989..look it up there is also a revised version Children act 2004 but the first one is the most important. There is alot fo stuff about how it promotes the welfare of the child etc…the welfare of the child is paramount – this means protecting the child and giving them the best chances in life. it highlighted for the 1st time that parents HAD responsibility for there child no one else. Just look it up theres alot of stuff on it. I know there is because i done level 3 nursery nursing and now doing degree in early years..and i have done this to DEATH again again again..get it into your head if u plan on going further.
Explain why it is inportant to support childrens confidence and seaf-esteem?
reasons to support childrens confidence and seaf-esteem may include: benefits to emotional and socil development/sense of well-being, benefints to learning and professional responsidilities etc
teachers are trained nowadays to encourage children and focus on the good points of their work even if it is poor. it is important to find something positive along with pointing out the negatives. if a child is told that what they have done is terrible, and are no good at something, they can give up trying. everybody has something they are good at, and it’s important especially with children to encourage it. otherwise, they give up trying, and their self esteem drops. this, in turn affects their social skills and their confidence in looking for work as an adult. kids remember things and if somebody constantly puts them down they don’t bother trying due to fear of failure, whereas a child that has had encouragement, will try and try and eventually succeed.

what is the best duel purpose motorcycle?
im a first time rider just went thru and completed the The Motorcycle Safety Foundation® BASIC RIDERS COURSE FOR FIRST TIMES RIDERS BECAUSE I WANT TO LIVE A LONG AND HEALTHY LIFE http://www.msf-usa.org/
The Motorcycle Safety Foundation® is the internationally recognized developer of the comprehensive, research-based, Rider Education and Training System (MSF RETS). RETS curricula promotes lifelong-learning for motorcyclists and continuous professional development for certified RiderCoaches and other trainers. MSF also actively participates in government relations, safety research, public awareness campaigns and the provision of technical assistance to state training and licensing programs.
Congratulations on completing the MSF Basic Riders Course! Now that you’re ready to ride, a Dual Sport bike is a good choice for someone who wants to experience all the possibilities that the motorcycle sport has to offer…
Dual-Sport bikes run the extreme from your basic dirt bike with headlights, (like the Suzuki DR200SE) to the ultimate world-touring motorcycle, the BMW R1200GS-A. Capabilities also go from one extreme to the other, with the smaller bikes being good off-road, but just barely adequate on the highways, to the bigger heavy bikes being excellent on the road, but not as good on the dirt.
My personal favorite dual sport bike is the Suzuki DL650 V-strom, and I would highly recommend it for a new rider that wants the best of both worlds in one bike. It’s light enough to handle the back trails and mild off-road conditions, but also makes a great commuter bike for school or work, and for light touring on the weekends. It’s also quite a bit less expensive to purchase and maintain than the similar BMW F650GS
Whatever motorcycle you decide on, don’t forget to save out a few $$$ for a good quality helmet, jacket, gloves and boots.
Ride Safe and welcome to the world of motorcycling!
Would you help to correct my statement? English native speaker~~~help?
I am applying for a master program, and I need to write a motivation letter to explain why I want to join the program. But I am not good at English writing. Would you help me to correct it, not only for the grammar, but also for the coherence? Thank you~~
As a 3-years-experienced engineer, the plan of re-studying is a definitely mature decision to me. The reasons for choosing to apply the Msc program in Mechanical Engineering, National university of Australia would be as below:
First of all, I have a keen interest in Mechanical Engineering although I am a female. ME is my first preference when enrolling in the undergraduate study, and I was lucky to get into the ME major in XX University, which is top 10 in china. Through the four-year systemized training in this area, my passion for pursuing in this major had been strengthened. Fortunately, after graduating from the university, I got a R&D engineer position in a well-known automotive parts company—-123. In short, I have to say that devoting myself to Mechanical industry would be my belief since I was 18.
However, although I worked hard and achieved distinguished result in the undergraduate study, when I entered the industry and started with the real work, I gradually found inadequate to undertake advanced job, especially after encountering dozens of experienced engineers and professionals in the mechanical filed. In fact, during the period of undergraduate study, my understanding of the real industry is so insufficient that the learning professional skills lacked of target and purpose. Now, after 3-year long working in the auto industry, I clearly know my specific interest and the shortage in mechanical engineering, and I unequivocally aware that I need to refresh and continue pursuing a graduate program so that enhancing my competition to adapt to the rising requirement to professions in industry.
Furthermore, the reason why I choose National University of Australia would be that ANU is a competitive university basing on internationalization. Since I am working in a global enterprise, I deeply appreciate the importance of being international talents. With an excellent reputation all over the world, and the strong support from Australia industry, I firmly believe that Msc program delivered by Mechanical Engineering college of ANU would be able to improve my international competition. In addition, the curriculum of this program is practical and suitable for my demand.
If I am fortunate enough to enter this program, I would work hard and try my best to excel in studying. I hope I could benefit to the development of Australia industry by devoting what I have mastered during the undergraduate study and the 3-year work combined with what I will learn in the following Msc program study.
I suggest you spell out “three” instead of 3, unless you know that they specifically will want otherwise, because generally for college it is expected that all numbers are spelt out. Put the “a” before “definately” in your first paragraph to after “definately.” Capitilize “university” in “National University of Australia.” Instead of “as below,” use “as follows.”
Spell out “ten” for “top 10 in china” and capilitize the “China” in taht same phrase (second paragraph). “…Pursuing this major had been strengthened” should be changed to “…pursuing this major has been strengthened.” “…would be my belief since I was 18,” not sure what you mean by that. Do you mean “has been my choice since I was eighteen”? Otherwise, I’m not sure what you mean there. And the 18 should be spelt out.
“…achieved distinguished…” in the third paragraph should have an “a” between “achieved” and “distinguished.” “…I gradually found MYSELF inadequate…” or “I WAS gradually found inadequate…” depending on who found you inadequate. “…to undertake AN advanced job.” “Field” instead of “filed.” This sentance is using many commas and is rather long, perhaps you can try to find a way to use less commas. If you can’t it seems fine. “Now, after THREE YEARS OF working…” instead of “Now, after 3-YEAR LONG working…” “…the shortage in mechanical engineering; I am unequivocally…” instead of “…the shortage in mechanical engineering, and I unequivocally…” “…graduate program in order to enhance my competition and to adapt to the rising requirement of professions in industry.”
Fourth paragraph, “…competitive university BASED on internationalization.” No comma between “…all over the world” and “and the strong support…”
“…work hard and DO my best…” No “to” between “benefit” and “the development.” “…three-year work experience combined with what…”
Hope this helps. I am not majoring in mechanics and know nothing about the National University of Australia, so any corrections that are irrelevent because of those should be disgarded. I did my best on the corrections and I sincerely hope they help, and that you get into the college!!
Also, your English is excellent!!!
