LEADERSHIP TRAINING SEMINARS

Importance of Leadership Training and Development

Many people have heard about leadership training and development and there is a lot of talk about how important it is today but how many people real 00004000 ly know what leadership training seminars are?

It doesn’t matter whether you are going through in-house training – as most large companies have today – or whether you are attending a leadership training seminar; it is important to understand what leadership training is and what it involves.

Leadership training seminars can conceivably cover any range of different topics. Anyone searching for leadership training seminars will soon discover that many courses have no relation to leadership and even those that do not mention leadership may, in fact, be just what you are looking for.

To find the perfect leadership training seminar for your needs, you need to determine what your leadership team needs. It is better to target weak areas first before trying to improve key areas where the leadership team is experienced. Bear in mind that the training budget of your firm as well as the amount of time available to your leadership team will determine which leadership training seminars are possible choices.

Are there any Marine Corps seminars, camps, or something that I can go to this summer?
I want to join the Marines but I’m going to college first, I’m 18 years old. Is there any kind of camp or leadership training course that I can go to over the summer that can give me a taste of military life? By the way, I live in northern NJ and don’t really want to travel to Texas or anything. Thanks.

See if that college offers ROTC. You will do your four years of college while training and then after your college is done, you commission. I don’t think there is a Marine ROTC. You will have to go with Navy ROTC with a Marine option. (I think I could be wrong).

Will Obama acknowledge he was part of the problem with the current financial crisis?
IT would be tough to find an “on the ground” community organizer more closely tied to the subprime-mortgage fiasco than Madeline Talbott. And no one has been more supportive of Madeline Talbott than Barack Obama.

When Obama was just a budding community organizer in Chicago, Talbott was so impressed that she asked him to train her personal staff.

He returned to Chicago in the early ’90s, just as Talbott was starting her pressure campaign on local banks. Chicago ACORN sought out Obama’s legal services for a “motor voter” case and partnered with him on his 1992 “Project VOTE” registration drive.

In those years, he also conducted leadership-training seminars for ACORN’s up-and-coming organizers. That is, Obama was training the army of ACORN organizers who participated in Madeline Talbott’s drive against Chicago’s banks.

More than that, Obama was funding them. As he rose to a leadership role at Chicago’s Woods Fund, he became the most powerful voice on the foundation’s board for supporting ACORN and other community organizers. In 1995, the Woods Fund substantially expanded its funding of community organizers – and Obama chaired the committee that urged and managed the shift.

That committee’s report on strategies for funding groups like ACORN features all the key names in Obama’s organizer network. The report quotes Talbott more than any other figure; Sandra Maxwell, Talbott’s ACORN ally in the bank battle, was also among the organizers consulted.

MORE, the Obama-supervised Woods Fund report ac knowledges the problem of getting donors and foundations to contribute to radical groups like ACORN – whose confrontational tactics often scare off even liberal donors and foundations.

Subprime mortgages made to people who couldn’t afford them are what is driving this disaster–authored in part by–hmmmm Mr. Obama himself.

It looks like you completely copied and pasted this little rant from from about 7 different blogs and articles found on the internet. Even though you did write any of this it is completely inaccurate.

Why doesn’t Obama talk about his work with ACORN if so proud of being a Community Organizer?
Obama’s community organizer colleagues in the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now (ACORN) have organized us right into the current financial crisis by using frivolous lawsuits and strong-arm tactics to force lenders into making sub-prime loans and Fannie Mae to buy up the bad loans.

Community organizers intimidate banks into making high-risk loans to customers with poor credit.

In the name of fairness to minorities, community organizers occupy private offices, chant inside bank lobbies, and confront executives at their homes – and thereby force financial institutions to direct hundreds of millions of dollars in mortgages to low-credit customers.

In those years, he also conducted leadership-training seminars for ACORN’s up-and-coming organizers. That is, Obama was training the army of ACORN organizers who participated in Madeline Talbott’s drive against Chicago’s banks.

As soon Obama was in a position to do so, holding hands with William Ayers on the boards of both the Woods Fund and the Chicago Annenberg Challenge, he funneled as much money into ACORN as he could.

He wouldn’t as he knows the ramifications. He is one scary guy, when you look at what he wants to do. Tax corporations more so we have to pay more for products and services. Corporations would sooner lay off people than decrease profit margins. Obama does not understand reinvesting. He also either does not understand, or care that only 60% of us pay taxes, so he wants to send the other 40% of the people a check out of our hard earned money, and he says that won’t affect us. Yeah right!

He supports these people who participate in voter fraud. He also supports Ayers, Wright, Rezko, and terrorists.

      Just say NOBAMA!

      McCain/Palin ’08!

Edit: Brother Roy: It is because not only minorities, but others who bought home far more expensive than they could afford. It only makes sense that if you earn $30,000/yr that you cannot afford a $100,000 house!
