Okay, I have been thinking about this for a couple of days.
Corporate leadership development.
Deleting the words HR.
It sounds to me like you would be going for coaching or team building.
There are companies that do this as a consulting thing. I think you should start looking around for who provides this service and interview them.
Usually you have to already have been successful at it to give a good presentation and coaching. But maybe you could learn to give the boss’ presentation good enough to sell their tapes and books.

I just want to hear your opinion on this matter so that I could have a clearer picture on what I should write in a statement I need to submit this Saturday for my scholarship interview. Hope you can give me some ideas for my essay!
Look at the candidates and filter through all the nonsense to find out where they stand on issues. View past history on their voting for bills, actions speak louder than words. Let your voice be heard by voting and when a situation arises that needs to be dealt with, write letters and get involved in how the country is ran. Be active in politics and don’t just let the minority be heard. Voice your opinion. If you also feel you need to do more then start at the local level and get involved in the city government. Then move up to state or Federal government position to help make the changes you want for the betterment of society.
