Leadership Training In The Corporate World
Every successful business starts with a leader. Leadership is something every company from multinational corporations to startup businesses wants to cultivate in their employees. It is not enough for a b 00004000 usiness to have one strong leader, it needs leaders in every department who are responsible, take initiative and move the company forward.
Today, it is more important than ever for companies worldwide to cultivate leaders who feel ownership and feel responsible for the growth of the company. Where do you begin looking for a leader? You may have many potential leaders in various departments of a company and not even know it. Leadership training is all you need to bring out the leaders with the most potential from among your employees. Here are some qualities that leadership training will be able to cultivate in your employees.

What is better, doing the first two years of ROTC or doing the LTC leadership training course?
What is better? It seems that the first two might be a waste of time and would be easier to do the LTC.
Depends on a few factors like how much college you have left. If you still have four years to go, you may as well just take the first two years. They are not hard by any means, though that differs where you go. If you only have about 2 years left and no prior service, then you will have to take LTC to do ROTC.
However, if you still have 4 years to go, and you don’t want to “waste you time” on the first two years of the course, then by all means, postpone it and do LTC. Keep in mind though that by doing all four years, you get to know the cadets and cadre which definitely helps later on down the line.
Neither route is going to be just overly demanding, but I’d recommend doing the first two years as well. If they get to know you, and you do a good job, you could even apply for ROTC scholarships later on.

Leadership training is where you will learn to work with others as a Team. A Team is always more effective than one. You will do exersise as a Team such as, survival exersises, ropes courses, etc. It will also teach you how to be a more effective leader, i.e., listen to your people, give direction, be there for your people, etc.
