How do you formulate a personal development plan in total quality management. Any suggested solution on these?
I am supposed to write a paer in my organisation on Personal Development plan on total qaulity management but I do not have material to present. The two subject PDP and TQM are the topics.

Find takeholders (HR manager etc) and get their input.

If you have TQM you will have some material on this so use that, who helped your organisation through TQM – speak with them.

Produce a personal development plan covering your first three months as a first line manager?
Produce a personal development plan covering your first three months as a first line manager. The plan and any accompanying narrative should show:
    (a) When and how you will indentify your own training needs.
    (b) What you will do to meet those needs.
    (c) Target dates for completion.
    (d) When and how you will agree the plan with your manager.

How will this benefit you ? If you are a first line manager are you having problems compiling your own?

It’s a bit cheeky. I’m afraid I have to say my own is confidential – between my linemanager and myself (and my team – where relevant).

How do I write a Personal Development Plan ?
I have been asked at work to write a Personal Development Plan to be submitted to me by Friday. Where do I start, what do they want to know about me ? are there any examples or templates I could use as a good starting point ?

There are lots of templates if you google it – and I think there’s one on the businesslink website too. You can alter it to suit your business and role.
